Infernal Dispatches #14: Writing! WRITING!!!

I’ve written over 1,100 words this weekend. Better yet, I’m looking forward to tomorrow and the chance to write even more.

Looking forward to the next writing session, being excited by one’s own productivity, brainstorming and then giving voice to the brainstorm—this is how I felt in March. It’s nice to have that back.

It turns out that a majority of you fine folks seem to totally dig a combination of Porn and Plot/Romance/World Building, so that puts to rest one of the niggling concerns I had had with my writing. Thank you all for the kind words and comments.

In that vein, I wanted to show you all a little something I’ve been working on, as a way of getting my writing mojo back. Inspired by @mistyfdfa​, I started to really collate my Azuras world building notes into a centralized file:

Some of you might recognize Huldage as the city that “Good Judgement” was set in, and Kalon as a gryphon within that story.

I don’t intend to write my stories such that you’ll need to have read other stories to understand them; each of them will contain enough information that it could stand alone. This file is more for my sake, so that I can remember things like “Huldage is a major port city in the far north.”

A few weeks back, I posted a query about a witch whose curse is reflected back onto her: what kind of monster or monster girl should she become? Well, it’s going to be set in Elysium Gardens, my magical home owners’ association, because:

Anyways, this story is still a good ways off—I still have commissions to finish!
